Van Norman’s condition seems to be slightly improved. Robert Jennings of Demotte under went an operation Thursday. Earl Wingard of near Remington, who underwent an operation for appendicitis Tuesday, is getting along nicely. Vera Jenkins of near Medaryville underwent an operation for appendicitis Thursday. All other patients are Improving. ’Superintendent Mattie Hemphill begins her two months’ vacation today, the most of which time she expects to spend here. During her vacation Miss Myrtie Ford will be ip charge of the hospital.
