Democrat* Pick Full State Tickets— Woman File* for Secretary of State. Des Moines, Ta., April 30.— Secretary of State Ramsay closed the lists for nomination petitions for candidates for state officers and congress at midnight. The records show the Democrats have a complete ticket for all state offices In the field. Among the Democrats who filed was Miss Ruth Sumner of Adel, for secretary of state. Other candidates who had filed up to midnight are: For United States senator —Albert B. Cummifis and Col. Smith W. Brookhart (Reps.), and Claude R. Porter (Dem.). For governor —John F. Deems, N. E. Kendall, Ernest R. Moore and H. M. Havner (Reps.), and Clyde L. Herring and George J. Peck (Dems.).
