SWITCHMAN ESTY GETS DELAY

Case of Chicago Strike Leader Continued to Give Chance to Obtain Witnesses. Chicago, April 16.—Eugene Esty, switchman for the Pennsylvania railroad, was arraigned before Judge Graham in the Chicago avenue court on charges of attempting to incite riot and destruction of property. He asked for a continuance on the ground that he was unable to obtain witnesses. Delay until April 27 was granted.
