Paris Government Rounding Up All Suspected Aliens. Paris, April 16.—Taking a “tip” from the United States, France has begun to close a net around all aliens suspected of extremist propaganda. All “undesirables” wlllt be deported. As a result there is a great scurrying to cover among “red” agitators and propagandists.
