INCREASE TELEPHONE RATES

The Jasper County Telephone coim pany has received notice that its recent application and hearing for an increase in 'phone rates has been granted, but at this writing it does not know what the rate of increase was fixed, at by the commission. However, the new rates will take effect as of April 1, and official notice will probably be received in a day or two. \
