Charles H. Wagner, the card writer who has been operating here on the streets for the past couple of weeks,’is certainly a very liberal •man with his money. In addition to heading the fund with $25 for straightening the foot of the little son of Gilbert Albin, he bought Ernie Zea a S3O suit of clothes and paid some sl3 of the $lB taxes the Mrs. Zea home, Mrs. Zea having $5 to apply on the amount.
