French Farmers Near Cambrai Slain When Plows Hit Explosives. Cambrai, April 9. —Two explgsions in which 12 persons were killed and tw.o Injured have occurred In the dis-

trict of Villenf Guistain, 18 kilometers from Cambrai. The explosions were caused by agricultural tractors coming in contact with unexploded shells in fields which were binged.
