Washington, March 26.—Population statistics for 1920 announced by the census bureau include: Davenport, lowa, 56,727, an Increase of 13,699, or 31.2 per cent over 1910; Steubenville, Ohio, 28,508; Increase, 6,117, or 27.3 per cent; Gloverville, N.
