ABANDONS TRIP TO THE COAST

Fred Phillips Leases Big Stock Ranch in Wisconsin Instead. Fred Phillips has changed his mind abouf that auto trip to the coast during the past few days, and instead will move to the E. W. Deßower ranch, some 30 miles northwest of Madison, Wis., whjch 'he has leased'ior a five-year term. He will leave for the ranch in a very few days and his family will follow later, possibly not until after school closes here. This ranch consists of 400 acres ana -is one of the finest improved farms in Wisconsin, having a mansion with all modern conveniences, fine large barns and outbuildings and everything one could ipossibly wish for and of the finest and best, too. Mr. Phillips expects to handle pure-bred cattle‘on the ranch, and it is no doubt a great opportunity for him and one he could not well’ turn down. This is the ranch where Bruce Hardy was employed for some time.
