NOTICE t Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will on the Sth day of April, 1920, at 1 o’clock p. m. at the commissioners’ court room tn the court house in the city of Rensselaer, Indiana, offer for sale, by sealed hid, to the highest and best bidder, the following described real estate in Jasper county, state of Indiana, to-wlt: Lot ten (10) in block fourteen (14) together with all improvements thereon, in the original plat of Rensselaer, Indiana. Sale to be made for not less than the full appraised value thereof, towit: 82,500.00. Purchaser to have the privilege of paying all catfh or 1-3 1-3 in one year and 1-3 in two years from date of sale.
