NOTICE TO NON-RESIDENTS State of Indiana,) County of Jasper)SS: In the Jasper Circuit Court, February term, 1920. Gabrial Musch vs. Albert Vander Vliet, Theresa Vanader Vliet, Fred Speicker, Catharina Speicker. Complaint No. 9139. Now comes the plaintiff, by John Greve, his attorney, and files his complaint herein, together with an affidavit that the defendants, Albert Vander Vliet, Theresa Vander Vliet, Fred Speicker and Catharina Speicker, are not residents of tne State of Indiana. Notice is therefore hereby given said defendants, that unless they be and appear on the first day of the next term of the Jasper Circuit Court to be holden on the second Monday of February, A. D. 1920, at the court house in the City of Rensselaer, in said county and state, and answer or demur |o said complaint, the same will be heard and determined in their absence.
