San Diego, Calif., Nov. 22.—The executive board of the local post of the American Legion last night adopted a resolution asking the resignation of its vice chairman, E. J. Kelly, who acted as chairman of a meeting addressed yesterday by Eamonn De Valera, "president of the Irish republic.”
