Thieves Loot New York Mall Bags for Big Haul—Currency Is Left Undisturbed. Dunkirk, N. Y., Nov. 21^—Liberty bonds, said to be worth $97,000, were stolen from a registered mail pouch in transit here. The bonds were shipped by Titusville and Warren banks. The pouch was found behind, a billboard near the station. Money orders exceeding the value, of the bonds and several packages of currency were left undisturbed.
