Notice is hereby given to the creditors, heirs and legatees of Mary J. Comer, deceased, and all persons interested in said estate, to appear in the Jasper circuit court on Wednesday, the \ 3rd day of December, 1919, being the day fixed and endorsed on the' final* settlement account of Edward P.
