COURT TO CONVENE MONDAY

Grand Jury Not Called, Petit Jury Called for Third Monday. The November term of the Jasper circuit court will convene next Monday, this being the last week of the Newton circuit court. A grand jury was drawn Monday, as usual, but has not been called, ’but it may be called before. the term is ended! The petit jury is called for the third Monday, Nov. 24.
