ants; all of the women once known by any of the names and designations above stated, whose names may have been changed, and who are now known by other names, the names of all of whom are unknown to plaintiff; the spouses of all the persons above named, described and designated as defendants io this action who are married, the names of all of whom are unknown to plaintiff; all persons and corporations .who assert or might assert any title, claim or interest in or Hen upon the real estate' described in the complaint in this action by, under or through any of the defendants to this action named, described and designated in said complaint, the names of all of whom are unknown to plaintiff. That said action is brought for the purpose of quieting title to real estate in Jasper County, in the State of Indiana; that all of said defendants are necessary parties to said action, and that they are believed to be non-resi-dents of the State of Indiana. The following real estate in Jasper County, State of Indiana, is described in said complaint, to-wit: The West Half (1-2) of the Northeast Quarter (1-4) of Section Fifteen (15), Township Twenty-seven (27) North, Range Seven (7) West. This action is instituted and prosecuted by said plaintiff for the purpose of quieting its title to the real estate above described as against all demands, claims and claimants whatsoever. Notice is therefore hereby given said defendants that unless they be and appear before the Jasper Circuit Court, at the Court House in Rensselaer, Jasper County, State of Indiana, on the 6th day of December, 1919, the same being *the last judicial day of the November Term, 1919, of said Court, to be held at the Court House- in the City of Rensselaer, .in said County and State, and answer or demur to said complaint, the same will be heard and determined in their absence.
