CITY COUNCIL FIXES TAX LEVY

At Special Session Held Monday Night for That Purpose. At a special session of the city council Monday night the city tax levy for 1919 was fixed at a total of 45 cents on the <lo® valuation, to whidh must be added the levy of the school board of >1.14, making the total levy for the city, exclusive of county and state (axes, >1.59 on each SIOO valuation.
