In the matter of the petition of Maurice E. Gorman, et al, for a free macadam road in Jordan townr ship. Cause No. 2716 Commissioners’ Court. Notice Is hereby given that a petition by the board of commissioners of Jasper county, Indiana, and by the petitioners in said cause. Is filed in the office of the State Board of Tax Commissioners of the State of Indiana, asking the authorization of bonds in the sum of >BOO.OO to provide for the payment of the cost'of the construction of said proposed improvement and the costs connected therewith.
