TO WATER PATRONS Water ordinance No. 168, section 8; "It shall be unlawful for any patron of the water department to sprinkle lawns, gardens or streets more than two hours dqrlng any one day, and’ only between the hours of 6 o'clock a. m. and 8 o’clock a. m. and 4 o’clock p. m. and 8 o’clock p. m., and in case of fire it shall be unlawful for any such, patron to permit any faucet or hydrant to rennaln open and running for any use.” Section 22: “For violation of any section of this ordinance, the offender shall be liable *to a penalty of not less than |1 nor more than |50.” City Water and Light, by C.
