NOTICE OF DITCH CLEANING Notice is hereby given that the Trustee of Union township, Jasper county, Indiana, will, at his offlee, on the 2d day of August, 1919, at 2 o'clock p. m., receive bids for the improvement by cleaning and repairing of the following ditch, known as the Dwight Lawronoe ditch, running north and south through section 4, range 7 west, township 30 north. Plans and specifications are on file In my offlee showing the number of cubic yards of excavation, where excavation is necessary, and the work to be performed in making such repairs, by sections of oue hundred feet. The successful bidder shall, within 5 days, be required to enter into a contract and give bond with two freehold sureties in a sum not less than double the amount of the contract so awarded.
