Representative Symons for Extra Call.

Newcastle, July 3.—Representative Luther Symons of Henry connty, in a reply to Governor Goodrich’s letter asking for a gentleman's agreement not to Introduce “pet” measures at the proposed special session of the legislature, stated that, although he considered his “blue sky” legislation the “equal of and as Important as any measures he thus far has recommended to. come before the session, he will enter into such an agreement provided the other members of the body will do likewise.”
