The Doings of Hoosierdom Reported by Wire. BANK ROBBED OF $5,000 Pslloe Marching for Masked Bandits Who Held Up Depository at Cynthiana—Three Officials Locked In Vault Cynthiana. Jfily B.—Detectives and local authorities are scouring Indiana and bordering states for masked automobile bandits who held up the State bank of Cyntpiana, locked three of the bank officials in the vault and escaped with between $3,000 and $3,000. John Mcßeynolds, president, and Zach and Frank Emerson were seated at a table checking up the day’s business when ordered to throw up their hands. They were forced into the vault, where the bandits overlooked a large amount of money. Passersby were unaware of the holdup and ,the prisoners were nearly suffocated until a patron, suspecting something was wrong, sent for aid and William Doer, a former cashier, opened the vault. The officials were unconscious for some time and were unable to give an accurate descriptions of the robbers.
