Million Men Now in Army—Two Divisions Stay on Rhine. Washington, July 3.—Only 1,000,000 men, of whom a little more than 400,000 remain overseas, are now under arms, according to an announcement by the war department. At the present rate of homeward movement the Am’erican army of occupation would consist of only two divisions on August 1, it was said.
