Many Bloody Encounters in Rebellion Against Serb Rule. Bern, July 3. —Virtually all of Montenegro is in rebellion against the Serbian military occupation, according to private reports received here. Bloody encounters, it is said, have occurred at many places and guerrilla warfare is reviving In the mountains.
