MORE FARMS CHANGE HANDS

Frank Fenwick, who . recently purchased the 160 acres farm just east of town of Rowles & Parker at $235 per acre, sold same Saturday to an Illinois man for $255 per acre, making just $3,200 on the deal. He then purchased of John W. Sage his 160-acre farm fod'r miles north and one mile east |of Goodland, just over the line in " Newton county, paying for it $242.50 per acre or $38,800. Mr. Sage then bought of J. J. Lawler 325 acres—just northeast of Pleas- * ant Ridge, which Includes the old Overton farm, paying therefor $lB5 per acre. _
