VERN DAVISSON REACHED HOME YESTERDAY.

Vern C. Daviseon, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Davisson, 1 who has seen more service, perhaps, in the recent world than any boy from Jasper county, arrived home from Camp Sherman, 0., yesterday morning on the 10:36 train. “Bummer,” as he was familiarly called, left Rensselaer with Samuel Duvall about two years ago, enlisting with the French forces as ambulance drivers, and since that time saw much service on th* fighting front.
