GIVEN LIFE FOR LOAN
Frank Pride, overseas veteran and mechanician for the aerial circus, which was held In Indianapolis Saturday to boost the Victory loan, was instantly killed on the Speedway field when a propeller turning about 3,000 revolutions per minute struck him.
