NOTICE OF EXECUTOR’S SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY. In the matter of the estate of Elizabeth A. Powers, deceased. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned executor of the last will and testament of Elizabeth A. Powers, deceased, will offer for sale at public auction at the late residence of said decedent, in the city of Rensselaer, Jasper county, Indiana, on SATURDAY, the 19TH DAY OF APRIL, 1919, the personal property of said estate, consisting of household and kitchen furniture, beds and bedding, carpets, rugs, stoves, coal, wood, canned fruits, and other articles too numerous to mention. Said sale to begin at 2 o’clock p. m. Terms—All sums of $5 and under cash in hand; over $5 a credit of not to exceed six months will be given, the purchaser executing his note therefor, bearing 6% interest after maturity, waiving relief, providing for attorney’s fees and with sureties thereon to the approval of the executor.
