Use Time Properly.

Happy is the man who early learns the importance of using and not abusing his time, for hours and years lost early in life are more costly than if lost in later life, when the mind has passed its formative stage and habits have become fixed. Time is the quintescence of democracy. To every human being, king or commoner, emperor or serf, it deals out with even hand 24 hours a day, neither more nor less.
