FUNERAL SUNDAY AFTERNOON

Of Mrs. H. R. Kurrie Was Very Largely Attended. The remains of Mrs. H. R. Kurrie, wife of President Harry Kurrie of the Monon railroad, were not brought down from Chicago until the 2 o’clock train Saturday afternoon and were taken to the Kurrie summer home on Grace street, where the funeral was held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock. The services were conducted by Rev. J. B. Fleming of the Presbyterian church of this city. The floral tributes were most profuse and very beautiful, and the funeral was the largest ever held here, two special cars from Chicago bringing a score or more of the officials of the Monon with their families, and there were also friends fro-m Lafayette, Indianapolis and many other places in attendance. Burial was made in the family plot in Weston cemetery.
