The February term of court will end today, and Monday the March term in Newton county will convene. The jury came in Wednesday but was excused until yesterday, when it was dismissed for the term, not having heard a solitary case during the entire term. Very little has been doing in court this week, as will be seen from .the following: Frank M. Walters vs. Chris Stoller and John Zehr. Judgment for plaintiff for $9.55. Henry C. Wrgner vs. Harry Broadhurst et ux. G. T. Morrow files final report as receiver, showing receipts of sl4l and disbursements of $139.58, leaving balance of $1.42, which is allowed him for services, and costs occasioned by receiver are taxed against said Wagner. Cause dropped. Micah A. Gray vs. Thomas M. McAleer. Dismissed on motion of plaintiff.
