FATE OF FOE NAVY DECIDED

Great Britain and America Get Nona of Enemy Wars hl pc. Paris, March 7.—Great Britain will not be allotted any of the German warships. Neither will the United States receive any part of the old German high sea fleet. France and Italy probably will be apportioned a certain number of the larger vessels which were surrendered and the smaller nations like Belgium and Roumanfa may get destroyers and gunboats. Japan has not asked any part of the German fleet and will not receive any vessels. If, after allotting a certain number of the capital ships to Italy and France, there are any left, they may be sunk If bids for their purchase cannot be received.
