Not much has ijgen doing in th* circuit court this week. The suit of Frank M. Walters vs. Christ Stoller for foreclosure of a mechanic’s Hen was heard by Judge Hanley Monday and taken unde< advisement. The commissioners in the Bento* Kelly ditch, in Newton township, filed their report Monday and th< cause is now open for remonstrance for ten days from date of filing.
