Not very much has been doing in *the circuit court this week. Tuesday was call day and a number of cases were dismissed on motions of plaintiffs, the matters at issue having been settled in most cases. Other cases were set down for trial. Judge Berry of the Benton-War-ren circuit was over yesterday and rendered his findings in the Kresler ditch case, establishing same.
