Six Billion Dollar Measure Approved by House Now Goes to the President. Washington. Feb. 14. —The conference report on the $6,000,000,000 war revenue bill, approved last week by the house, was adopted by the senate without a record vote. The measure now goes to the president, who Is ex pected to s'lgn it soon after his return from Europe. .
