Notice is herebv given to the creditors, heirs and legatees of John A. Millman, deceased, and all persons interested in said estate, to appear in the Jasper circuit court, on MONDAY, THE 10 th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1919, being the fixed and endorsed on the final settlement account of Ellis Jones, administrator of said decedent, and show cause if any, why such final account should not be approved; and the heirs of said decedent and all others interested, are also hereby notified to appear in said Court, on said day and make proof of their heirship, or to any part of said estate.
