William Hohenzollern Signs Abdication and Flees to Safety. Former Emperor Shivers as He Puts His Name on the Document. « London, Nov. 11.—Emperor Charles and Empress Zita of Austria have fled from Wartogg castle to Switzerland, the Daily Express learns from its Copenhagen correspondent. King Ludwig of Bavaria and Crown Prl.nca Rupprecht, the Bavarian, heir apparent, have fled, the Daily Express learns. The king of Saxony will abdicate, the correspondent adds. The council of the regencj will take the most drastic steps to re establish order.
