c. The undersigned, executors of th* last will and testament of Lewi* H. Myers, deceased, hereby giv* notice that by virtue of an order of the Jasper Circuit Court and by the power of the will of said Lewi* H. Myers, deceased, conferred upoa said executors, they will, at th* hour of two o'clock p. m., on th* 21st day of Octobet, 1918, at th* First National Bank, at the city of Rensselaer, Jasper county, Indiana, and from day to day thereafter until sold, offer at privat* sale all of the interest of said decedent in and to the r following described real estate, towit. The northwest quarter of section 17, township 28 north, rang* 7 west; the south half of th* southwest quarter of section 8, township 28 north, range 7 west? the east half of the southeast quarter of section 8, township 2$ north, range 7 west; and the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of section 8, township 2& north, range. 7 west, containing In, all 360 acres, more or less. Sait) sale will be made subject to the approval of the court for not less than two-thirds of the full appraised value of said real estate upon the following terms and conditions; at least one-third of the purchase money cash in hand, the balance in two equal installments payable in not to exceed nine months and twelve months, evidenced by the notes of the purchaser, bearing six per cent, interest from date, waiving relief from valuation and appraisement laws, providing attorney fees and secured by mortgage on the real e.tato sold, or said real estat* will be sold for cash. 8.
