STATEMENT OF THE OWNERSHIP

Management, Etc., Required by th© Act of Congress of August 24, 1012. Of The Jasper County Democralt, pubished semi-weekly at Rensselaer, Indiana, for October, 1918. State of Indiana, County of Jasper, ss: Before me, a notary public in and for the State and County aforesaid, personally appeared F. E. Babcock, who, having been duly sworn according to law, deposes and says that he is t'he publisher and owner of The Jasper County Democrat and that the following is, to the best of his knowledge and belief, a true statement of the ownership, management, etc., of the aforesaid publication for the date shown in the above caption, required by the Act of August 24, 1912, embodied in section 443, Postal Laws and Regulations, to-wlt: 1. That the natne and address of the publisher, editor, managing editor and business manager is F. E. Babcock, Rensselaer, Indiana. 2. That the owner is F. E. Babcock, Rensselaer, Indiana. 3. The undersigned, executors of the last will and .testament of Lewis H. Myers, deceased, hereby give notrce that by virtue of an order of the Jasper Circuit Court and by the power of the will of said Lewis H. Myers, deceased, conferred upon said executors, they will, at the hour of two o’clock p. m., on t'he 21st day of October, 1918, at the First National Bank, at the city of Rensselaer, Jasper county, Indiana, and frofti day to day thereafter until sold, offer at private sale all of the interest of said decedent in _and to the following described real estate, towit. The northwest quarter of section 17, township 28 north, range 7 west; the south half of the southwest quarter of section 8, township 28 north, range 7 west; the east half of the southeast quarter of section 8, township 28 north, range 7 west; and the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of section 8, township 28 north, range 7 west, containing in all 360 acres, more or less. Said sale w.ill be made subject to the approval of the court for not less than two-thlrds of the full appraised value of said real estate upon the following terms and conditions; at least one-tlhird of the purchase money cash in hand, the balance in two equal installments payable in not to exceed nine months and twelve months, evidenced by the notes of the purchaser, bearing six per cent, interest from date, waiving relief from valuation and appraisement laws, providing attorney fees and secured by mortgage on the real
