But that is not enough. We must pledge five times that. Our quota for the nation is two billion dollars, to be raised through the sale of War Savings Stamps this year. Let's strike another telling blow to the Kaiser on June 28th by taking up every dollar of that two billions;

Let every man, woman and child Join In an answer thar can be heard from one end of Germany to the other —an answer so -clear,, so strong and so true that it may have a far greater effect than any of us can imagine, on Germany’s future policy.
