PROGRAM IS READY Logansimrt Prepared to Welcome Veterans to Encampme'nt. Logansport, June 4.—The ad|r vance guards of the Grand Army of the Republic, which will invade this city for Its annual state encampment on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of the present week, already have reached Logansport and Mayor James I. Barnes will surrender the city to them Wednesday morning. Logansport is ready to see that the slightest wish of any of the boys in blue is promptly filled. Every detail for the invasion of the hosts has been attended to and the citizens are prepared to take care of the thousands of visitors who are expected. The program, which embraces the activities of the other patriotic organizations in state encampment, has been completed.
