The petit jury came in Monday but were excused until today, the cases set for trial having been coil-* tinned or otherwise disposed of. Following are the proceedings since our last report: Flora J. Poole vs. William C. Babcock et al. Cause reset for trial on April 25. Charles G. Spitler vs. David Halstead et al. Defendant Hansson files affidavit for change of venue from the court, which is granted. Lavina Martin vs. William Martin. Divorce granted plaintiff on de fa u lt. George M. Myers ditch. Motion heretofore filed by William Wortley et al, is overruled. First National Bank of Medaryville vs. Orren S. Bell. Defendant files plea in abatement. Farmers State Bank vs. Joe M. C'hizum et al. By agreement cause is set for trial on April 24. Joseph Kennedy et al vs. Henry V. Templeton et al. Cause set for trial on April 24. First National Bank of Medaryville vs. Orren S. Bell. Defendant granted change of venue and cause sent to Pulaski county. Roland R. Cummings vs Jay W. Stockton, plaintiff files affidavit for a continuance and cause is continued to May 3. David D. Gleason vs. Art Hicks and Babcock and Hopkins. Court finds that defendants Babcock & Hopkins have SIBO in their possession of the rent for crops raised on lands of plaintiff for 1917 w which they are directed to pay to plaintiff as a part of the judgment rendered at same time against defendant Hicks for $lB9 and costs. Matter of petition of Edward P. Honan for appointment of guardian for Mary B. Honan, a person of unsound mind. Court finds that the allegations set out in petition are true, and that the said Mary B. Honan is now an Inmate of the Northern Hospital for Insane, is incapable of managing her estate and that a guardian should be appointed, and E. P. Honan is appointed such guardian and his bond fixed at SI,OOO,
