Notice is hereby given to the creditors, heirs and legatees of William Reiinl|ertz, deceased, and alt persons interested in said estate, to appear in the circuit court fin Monday, the Bth day of April, 1018, being the day fixed and endorsed on the final settlement account of William J. Reinhertz, executor of said decedent, and show cause, if any, why such final account Bhould not be approved; and the heirs of said decedent and all others Interested are also hereby notified to appear in said court on said day and make proof of their heirship, or claim to any part of said estate.
