Obituary

Marshall P. Warner. Marshall P. Warner, son of Daniel K. and Elizabeth Warner, was born in Connecticut, near New Britton, April 3, 1839. At the age of four years he moved to Cincinnati, Ohio, where he lived until 1850, at which time he moved to Jasper county. In 1858 he went West, remaining there until 1875, when he returned to this county and has resided here continuously since. On November 22, 1894, he was united In marriage with Margaret I. Holmes. One son was born to them. - For fifteen years deceased was in business here, dealing in groceries. Implements and ice. He was a member of the Church of God. He died February 26, 1918, and is survived by the widow, one son, James M. Warner, an aged brother, Norman *H. Warner, and many friends. xx
