NOTES FROM COUNTY HOSPITAL

Benjamin Reeve was brought over ffom Mt. Ayr Saturday evening for medical treatment. Mrs. James Donnelly re-entered the hospital Sunday for medical treatment. Mrs. Lucy Clark is receiving medical attention at the hospital. Mrs. D. H. Knapp of Wheatfield underwent a minor operation Monday. Miss Bertha Williams of north of town underwent a major operation yesterday afternoon. Miss Bernice Currier of Chicago, who had been a nurse at the county hospital for the past several months, returned home Monday. Mrs. Rebecca Robinson, mother of Mrs. L. H. Hamilton of this city, fell Monday while at the home of her son, John Robinson, near McCoysburg, fracturing her left hip, and was brought to the county hospital Monday evening for treatment. The fellow who is planning a war garden will likely take issue with Mr. Hoover on the wisdom of prolonging the life of the hen.
