Evansville, Feb. 22—Edgar Schmitt, chief of police, received instruetfous from Mark Storen. United States marshal at Indianapolis, to find al! rhe alien enemies in Evansville and Vanderburg county who have tailed tn register and obtain their reason for not registering.
