Indianapolis, Feb. 14. —"Movement of February 23 does not apply to Indiana,” is the wording of a telegram received by Major Robert C. Baltell, state conscription agent, today, from Provost Marshal General Crowder. This is the first definite information received regarding the movement of the remaining Indiana men of the first draft since Washington dispatches announced that the remaining 35 per cent of the first draft would go to camp February 23. Major Baltell said that no order had been received to discontinue the physical examinations.
