Rol art that the report of the Drainage Commissioners in, the above entitled cause lias been .filed in my office, and that certain lands in the name of said John J. Robart, not mentioned in the petition filed in/said cause, were assessed as ’being benefitted by the construction of the proposed drain. An affidavit having been filed in said cause, 'from which if appears' that said John J. Robart is a non-resident of the State of Indiana, and the healing of the report of' paid Drainage Commissioners having been set for the first day of the March term, 1918, of the Commissioners’ Court of said county; The said John J.
