DR. BROWN SELLS RESIDENCE Dr. H. L. Brown nas sold his residence property on Park avenue to Walter Lynge for $3,000 cash, which is a very attractive price for the purchaser. Possession will be given early next month, when Mr. Lynge will move into the property. Dr. and Mrs. Brown expect to store their goods for the present and will probably spend the greater part of the winter at Palatka, Florida, where they already have some property interests, and may purchase more there. On their return here they wiilil have decided whether or not they will build on one of Dr. Brown’s lots on Home avenue. This depending altogether on what they find in Florida. Their many friends sincerely hope they will decide to build here and continue to make Rensselaer their home.
