MORE REAL ESTATE CHANGES

George F. Meyers has purchased the 100-acre farm of David Peer near Laura, the latter taking a 160-acre farm in Pennington county, South Dakota, as part payment. It is Mr. Peer’s present intension to move to the Northwest next spring. Another real estate deal that was made through the Meyers agency was the sale of the 120-acre Gowland estate to George Daugherty. George Gowland occupies the place at present and will continue a 3 tenant there for next year at least. See Chas. Pefley for trees, vines, and shrubs of all kinds.
